We provide CA exam preparation — digital courses, lectures and study material — and we sell related physical books. Where required, our GST and tax details are shown on the invoice issued for your order.
Product descriptions, attempt coverage and what's included are stated on each product's page. We try to keep these accurate; minor revisions to content and syllabus mapping may happen as the law and the exam change.
All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and, where applicable, include or attract GST as shown on your invoice. Placing an order on this site creates a request to purchase; we confirm payment and dispatch with you directly before the order is treated as complete. We may decline or cancel an order in case of a pricing or stock error, suspected fraud, or if we cannot verify your details — in which case any amount paid is refunded.
When you buy a digital course, we grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to access it for your own exam preparation for the stated validity period. You may not share your login, record, download (except where expressly allowed), reproduce, resell, re-upload or publicly distribute any lecture, note or material. Access is for one learner only.
You agree not to misuse the site — no attempts to breach security, scrape or bulk-download content, share paid material, or use the platform in any unlawful way. We may suspend access where these terms are breached, without refund where the breach is serious (e.g. piracy of content).
All content on this site and in our courses — lectures, notes, text, design, logos and the "Arvind Tuli Classes" / "TuliSir" names — is owned by or licensed to us and is protected by law. Nothing here transfers any ownership to you. The site is not affiliated with or endorsed by ICAI.
