• Order & contact details you enter at checkout: your name, phone / WhatsApp number, email (optional), and delivery address (for books).
• Order information: the items you ordered, amount, and order reference.
• Basic usage data: an anonymous visitor identifier and page/interaction events we use to understand how the site is used. We do not currently run third-party advertising trackers.

We do not collect or store card or bank details on this site. Where online payment is enabled in future, it will be handled by a regulated payment provider, not stored by us.

3. Why we use it

• To process, confirm, invoice and dispatch your order, and to provide support.
• To issue a GST-compliant tax invoice, as required by law.
• To respond to your enquiries and improve the website and our courses.
• To meet legal, accounting and tax obligations.

We use your data only for these stated purposes.

4. Consent

We collect the details above when you choose to place an order or contact us — that is, with your consent for the purposes described here. You can withdraw consent or ask us to delete your data (see below); note that we may need to retain certain records to meet legal obligations.

5. Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only as needed to serve you — for example, a courier or dispatch partner to deliver your books, or a payment provider to process a payment — and with professional or government bodies where the law requires. Partners are expected to protect your data and use it only for the service we engage them for.

6. Retention

We keep your order and invoice records for as long as needed for the purpose collected and to meet legal, tax and accounting requirements, after which they are deleted or anonymised.

7. Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data — secured storage, access controls, encrypted connections, and not exposing personal data in logs. No method is 100% secure, but we work to keep your information safe.

8. Your rights

Under the DPDP Act you can ask to access, correct, update or erase your personal data, and withdraw consent, subject to legal limits. 9. Children

Our courses are intended for exam aspirants. Where a user is a minor, we expect a parent or guardian's consent for any purchase, and we do not knowingly process a child's data beyond what is needed to provide the service.
