Because digital content is delivered instantly and cannot be returned once accessed, digital courses are non-refundable once access has been granted or the content has been viewed. If you are charged in error, or you lose access due to a fault on our side that we cannot resolve, contact us and we will make it right.
If a book arrives damaged in transit or is the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order reference, and we will arrange a replacement or refund. Books that have been used or marked cannot be returned unless they were faulty.
An order can be cancelled before it is dispatched or before digital access is granted. Once a book is dispatched or a course is accessed, the policy above applies.
